This is the best pistachio baklava I have ever eaten. There is less dough in this type of baklava, which only enhances the pistachio flavor. If you love pistachios, this is the baklava for you!

I used to have this a child, while going to grade school (early 60’s) and loved it as a snack. This version is by far the best I had over the years, it arrives fresh and stays fresh for several weeks until it is all gone and it is time to order more!
